TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General By placing an order with Stickerpro, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Stickerpro may update these terms without prior notice.

2. Pricing and Payments Quotations are valid for 30 days. A 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion. Additional charges apply for changes after order confirmation.

3. Orders and Artwork Orders must be submitted in writing via email or our website. Customers must provide artwork that meets our specifications. Extra charges apply for adjustments. Production begins only after customer approval of proofs.

4. Lead Times and Delivery Lead times start after receiving all necessary materials and payment. Delivery dates are estimates; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection.

5. Cancellations and Refunds Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise. Notify us within 7 days of any defects. We may repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

6. Liability Stickerpro is not liable for consequential damages. Warranty is limited to product cost and specified durability.

7. Privacy Customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR. For details, review our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
